Attention is Manifestation!
You’ve been fooled, and you probably don’t even know it. Yup, in school, in society, in your own head, and throughout history; you’ve been taught to believe that the world you see on television, at work, or walking down the street is separate from you. You’ve been trained to accept that you’re a cog in the great machine, and the very best you can do is bob and weave with the punches.
You’ve also been told that everything you feel has separate bodies:
You have your physical body, which is capable of demonstrating all kind of sensations.
You have your emotional body, which gives you the ability to communicate the way you feel.
You have the mental body, which is responsible for making all the fundamental functions of your physical body work, without any conscious effort on your part.
You also have the intellectual body, which categorizes, through thought, all the countless sensations coexisting between all of your other bodies. The intellectual body is what gives you the most grief, because society has taught us that you must think deeply about every single decision you are responsible for making, especially when it comes down to money.
You’ve got this television constantly playing loudly in your head; replaying the past, both real and what you wish would have happened. The television in your head is also morphing what you see in front of you RIGHT NOW. Nothing can actually appear how it really is, if anything really is, because it has to go through the filter of all your various bodies before you can give a label. Thus, everything you perceive appears to you in a very certain way. Finally, the television in your head is relentlessly projecting your future, and it’s usually based upon who you believe you are RIGHT NOW, and forevermore.
What does it mean to believe you are a static identity? It means that you take who you think you are RIGHT NOW and project this cryogenically frozen persona into the everlasting future; same person, different circumstances.
You see, there’s this predominant belief that you are who you are. That’s not true. You’re capable of eliciting any form of sensation, and that means, who you are, is dependant upon what beliefs or judgments are at the forefront of your filtering process. If you release or overcome certain beliefs or judgments, who you are changes, and so too does your reality. However, we’re not taught to view reality in that way, because it’s totally separate from us, right? How can the great big out there change if you do?
It’s almost blasphemy-type thinking to insinuate you have any direct power over how reality looks and feels. So again, we’re taught to learn the skills necessary to negotiate our way through life, in a state of fear for what could happen if we let our guard down, even for just a second. That’s a pretty stressful, contractive way to live, isn’t it? Where’s the pleasure or the freedom to explore and roam in our accepted and agreed upon way of living?
The feeling of everything being so incredibly separate really affects a lot of people. I mean, when you break things down into their nano descriptions, life can feel enormously intimidating. There’s so much to know, isn’t there? Or is there? What if there isn’t actually anything to know? What if all the rules we’ve adopted are just made up nonsense?
What if reality is perfectly demonstrating, you?
Your attention is manifesting the reality you are experiencing RIGHT NOW!
Let me explain:
The sensations circulating and flowing inside of your body are pulsing at a vibration that’s in harmony with your reality. Reverse that: Your reality is in perfect harmony with the sensations flowing through your body. Sensations are the driving force of your attention. And your attention manifests your reality.
Your beliefs are sensations.
Your thoughts are sensations.
Your emotions are sensations.
What you eat are sensations.
How you perceive reality is a combination of sensations in a constant state of Becoming.
It might appear that reality is creating sensation inside of your body in reaction to the stimulus you perceive. However, that’s an illusion. The sensations you are experiencing inside of your body, RIGHT NOW, are quite literally animating your reality into form.
Reality appears to you exactly how your attention manifests it. Again, your attention is directed by the sensations you create, generate, produce, excrete, or elicit at the chemical and cellular level. If you feel like reality is morphed or skewed, you are very likely in a state of internal chaos and disarray. The point is: Attention is manifestation. And unfortunately, you believe your attention is subjective to what you perceive happening out there.
That’s the illusion.
You’re in constant reaction to appearances and circumstances. Yet you’re creating everything that you perceive is separate from you.
I always tell my client that “the internal world creates the external experience.”
I also always say that “an illusion is only real, if you believe it.”
The core of Becoming is acknowledging your power as it is being demonstrated in your experience of reality. Can you more clearly see how powerful of a tool acknowledgement is? The act (action) of acknowledgment is the simultaneous process of dissolving your power from appearing separate from you.
After all, if it’s your power, it’s not out there!
As you dissolve your power from appearing out there, you open back up to your Natural State, where your head is silent. In the Natural State, you are quietly and deliberately writing and directing your own unique major motion picture, void of limiting beliefs dictating your attention. Rather, you are completely in the driver’s seat of feeling your vibration and adjusting your sensations to resonate with the appearances and circumstances you want to play with.
Your only job is to feel the sensations you want to see reflected back to you and allow your experience of reality to come into harmony with your deliberate attention.
Ask yourself: What does (fill in the blank) feel like?
Can you keep your attention upon the sensations you create by asking this simple question and allow reality to reflect your feelings?
Let me make it simple… Reality is ALWAYS reflecting your vibration. You’re either acknowledging your power; deliberately animating your experience. Or giving away your power and reacting to your own creation.
That being said, everything is an opportunity to acknowledge your power. Remember that…
