Bringing Back the Magic of Life
Can you remember when you were young how magical life felt?
You really didn’t need to have awareness for how you found yourself in this experience anyway, because you were too busy celebrating the magic of your dream. Everything was new and exciting, leaving you with an overwhelming sense of celebration for the spectacular opportunity of having this supposed physical life experience. Maybe you weren’t consciously aware about the opportunity you created by placing yourself smack-dab center stage in this holographic reality, but on some instinctual level, you were feeling tremendous gratitude for finding yourself immersed in this amazing interactive dreamscape. You really didn’t need to have awareness for how you found yourself in this experience anyway, because you were too busy celebrating the magic of your dream.
As a child, you weren’t absolutely convinced you were an identity separate from your experience. You were naturally in a state of allowing the inspiration surrounding you to capture your attention. Your enthusiasm for life was naturally magnified. You sincerely appreciated the magic you perceived and focused your attention on the sensations you were experiencing, rather than giving your power to the appearances you saw.
Can you remember?
It’s also incredibly easy to forget how easy it is to immerse yourself in a world that only exists if you CHOOSE to create it with your attention. As we grow up, there’s a tendency to look outward, rather than appreciate the sensations you experience, and forget to celebrate the limitless wonders that exist everywhere. Why are they limitless wonders? Because reality is a creation of you and unlimited possibilities. It’s easy to forget though, huh? It’s also incredibly easy to forget how easy it is to immerse yourself in a world that only exists if you CHOOSE to create it with your attention. The moment you give away your power to appearances and circumstances, the magic that used to inundate your imagination begins to very quickly disappear, and it gets replaced by responsibilities and obligations.
An interesting event happens when you first lose track of the magic of life, insofar as it can actually feel exciting and new, e.g. your first job, getting out on your own, overcoming adversities you saw your parents succumb to, etc. It quickly wears you down though, as you begin to take the circumstances and appearances happening out there more and more seriously. Your obligations and responsibilities go from an exciting creation to a way of living you learn to hate.
Ultimately, you will likely regret offering your participation in the circumstances of limitation. Once the appearance of limitation captures your attention somewhere in your dream, it has a tendency to spread everywhere you look. In essence, reality becomes a vessel you freely give away your power to. All the while forgetting to acknowledge that you’re creating everything you see, feel, and experience through your attention.
Did you forget how to celebrate every seemingly little detail of your creative powers? Are you really so insistent to prove your learned-beliefs true that you’re willing to give all your power away to the great out there?
In Truth, nothing can exist out there without first manifesting itself as a sensation or feeling inside of you. In Truth, nothing can exist out there without first manifesting itself as a sensation or feeling inside of you. You’ve simply taught yourself to ignore your feelings and focus your attention on the circumstances and appearances painting your life experience. In order to further obscure your power, you’ve hidden your Unlimited Natural State in the emotion-based stories attached to the concept that you’re an identity. Now, I briefly talked about the difference between feeling and emotion in Becoming, but for the purpose of illustrating this point, I will delineate the variances again here:
Emotion is the container, the box, the label. Emotion is the medium we use to communicate how we feel or experience the sensations circulating throughout our bodies. Emotions are also the key elements in the stories we use to both limit ourselves and express reprieve when it feels like we’ve broken through something of perceived consequence.
Feelings are the intangible vibrations capturing your attention that can‘t be expressed easily with words. Feelings represent the limitless possibilities that your experience can reflect at any moment. If I were to compare feelings and emotions to the science spoken of in Quantum Physics; feelings would be the waves of possibility, and emotions would exist as the particles that manifest when the wave function is collapsed with your attention.
Okay, are you ready for this?
Everything that you are convinced is real, isn’t. It’s all made up; a story. Yes, the physical world certainly appears like a dense, solid reality, but it isn’t. Everything is a creation of light; possibility; a field of energy; one endless wave function. Stick with me, because if you’ve ever wanted to apply the Becoming process, but haven’t figured out how to cease giving your power away to appearances and circumstances, read the next sentences carefully:
- Everything that exists, including you, only appears as possibilities. The physical world that distracts you from who you really are vibrates in constant flux. However, when you’ve told so many stories and manufactured such a vast internal dialogue of beliefs and judgments, the constantly changing physical world appears static.
- The more power (attention) a particular person, circumstance, or appearance receives from you, the more you’ll continue to observe it…
- Conversely, the more you can courageously stand accountable for EVERYTHING reflected back to you in appearances and acknowledge that EVERYTHING is your power being demonstrated, the more you are dissolving what appears to you as a static physical reality. In other words, you must clear away all the stories and beliefs you tell yourself are real for your attention to stop looking for ways to prove your judgments true.
As long as you allow yourself to separate the observed from you, the observer, reality will effortlessly continue absorbing your power... Remember, in a dream, you are everything and everyone. There are zero limits to the appearances that can illustrate the possibilities of consciousness in a slumber-based dream. In your dream, you are surrounded by unlimited possibilities, but you still view the great out there as a separate and solid world unto itself. As long as you allow yourself to separate the observed from you, the observer, reality will effortlessly continue absorbing your power, exponentially increasing the perceived size of its illusion.
You must acknowledge your power with the same vigor you gave it away!
This is where Becoming can be extremely fun and exciting. I would like for you to acknowledge RIGHT NOW that even the words you are assimilating in this article are your power being demonstrated. How amazing are you to have created this? It’s time for you to joyously, passionately, and enthusiastically celebrate absolutely EVERYTHING being reflected back to you in your dream. It may also be of value to begin inside your own container of possibilities; your physical body. Can you begin to allow yourself to feel all the sensations circulating throughout your body RIGHT NOW without trying to put them in a box or label?
How hard is it for you to simply feel and refrain from fitting the vibrations and sensations you’re experiencing RIGHT NOW into a stream of dialogue? Physical conditions and emotional labels are immediate fodder for the stories and beliefs you tell yourself are real. How hard is it for you to simply feel and refrain from fitting the vibrations and sensations you’re experiencing RIGHT NOW into a stream of dialogue? I mean, there might not even be anyone to tell your story to in front of you, so why do you experience the addiction of translating feeling into a label-based form?
The story of you must end. All the beliefs and judgments you’re holding onto only serve to seduce your attention and compel you to continuously give away your power to the illusion of a static physical reality. If you want to change the circumstances and appearances out there, you have to eliminate the story and internal dialogue you keep acting out and telling yourself is real.
How liberating will it feel when you can experience the unlimited possibilities that are your Natural State in the complete absence of squelching sensation into a word, box, or label? Only you will know the answer, because you’ll be immersed in the sensations so intensely. The desire to communicate your experience will be the last thing you’ll feel compelled to do.
Indeed, all of the circumstances and appearances you want to fix out there simply need their stories, judgments, and beliefs to get cleared away. Okay, so how would a world of people immersing themselves in a limitless, invisible, and internal world of sensations look like? Well, you’ve always lived that way. You just convinced yourself it was all happening out there. Indeed, all of the circumstances and appearances you want to fix out there simply need their stories, judgments, and beliefs to get cleared away.
Well, perhaps it’s not that simple, but would you rather continue allowing the great out there the ability to absorb all of your power; growing larger by the sensation? Or would you like to courageously acknowledge your power and dissolve the illusion?
Feel about that.
I can tell you though that in my own dream, revealing the magic hidden in every creation that reality reflects demands my constant celebration!
