You beliefs point your attention and your attention determines your beliefs.

When you aren’t aware of what beliefs, inside of your body, are creating your circumstances, then you can’t possibly help but feel disempowered by your dream.

Why do you think that your reality changes… as you change?

As your beliefs change (or dissolve), what you see and experience in your reality organically shifts.

Reality is a reflection for how you feel. All of the beliefs, judgments and stories (what I call The Editor) are sensations that manifest inside of your body. They are mirrored in your experience and ONLY your experience. You are quite literally animating your wife, husband, friends, boss, clients, even animals. Nobody can appear or act in a way that isn’t in perfect harmony with how you feel…

How you feel is determined by your beliefs, judgments and stories you tell.

Everything you see, hear, smell and touch appears to you as an endless opportunity to acknowledge your power and engage in the most effortless, organic change possible. The more you acknowledge your power, the more you dissolve limiting beliefs, increase your appreciation for your creation and ultimately open back up to your unlimited Natural State.

When you create an experience and find yourself reacting to your own power, step back and smile. You’re creating all of it. Acknowledge the Emotional Charges and watch (allow) change organically occur.
